Aigas golf course is one of the Highland’s hidden 9 hole gems, nestling spectacularly between Aigas forest and the peaceful river Beauly - 5 miles West of the village of Beauly on the A831 and a short drive from Inverness and Loch Ness.
This family run parkland golf course is well manicured and offers a great challenge to golfers of all levels. Wide undulating fairways and large greens are a pleasing feature of this course. Our signature hole is the sixth ‘Gorge’ where the fairway follows a dog leg in the river Beauly before it plunges through the gorge at ‘An Druim’. A slice off the tee here will end with a ‘splash’.
Visitors enjoy a friendly welcome here and have the opportunity to play a game at almost any time. There is a well equipped practice area and the golf pavilion provides light refreshments, golfing items and tourist information. Golf Club, trolley and Buggy hire (booking advised) are all available. Aigas Holiday Cottages offer good quality self catering accommodation a few minutes walk from the first tee .
There are another 20 golf courses within an hours drive from Aigas including Castle Stuart, Royal Dornoch, Spey valley and Nairn making Aigas a great central base to stay and play golf in the Highlands. Aigas Holiday Cottage clients enjoy 50% off green fees at Aigas.
